It translates the meaning, not word by word
An AI language model reads the whole message the way a person would, then says it the way people say it in your language. Idioms, slang and typos included.

What business owners ask us
Do my customers need the app?
No. On your website they write in the chat box, with no app and no account. With an invite link they chat from their browser. If they like, they can download YallAmigo and find you by your @username.
Which languages does it translate?
99 languages. Each customer writes in their own and you read and answer in yours. The chat box shows its buttons and texts in the visitor's language too.
Can I answer from my phone?
Yes, that is the idea. Messages from your website, from the app and from invite links arrive in the YallAmigo app on your iPhone or Android phone, translated into your language.
Will spam use up my translations?
No. Nothing on your website is translated until you tap Translate for that visitor. You can close a chat or block a visitor with one tap, and moderation filters abusive messages before they reach you.
Is it GDPR-compliant? What about my visitors' privacy?
YallAmigo is run from Spain under the GDPR. The chat box sets no cookies and asks visitors for no name, e-mail or phone number; they see a short privacy note in the box. Messages are translated by third-party AI services. Our privacy policy has its own section for website visitors.
